For us here in Lanzarote, much the same as for most of you around the world, our region is in lockdown and nobody is arriving or departing Lanzarote other than for essential travel. The lockdown in Lanzarote, as it stands, is confirmed until April 9th, of course, this is likely to be extended further.
For those of you whose bookings have been cancelled due to travel restrictions already, or might be cancelled in the weeks ahead due to travel restrictions imposed in your location or here in Lanzarote, we remain working from home to manage your bookings as required. All bookings during restricted periods so far have been processed and guests have either been refunded by agents, claimed on insurance, or opted to move restricted travel dates to new dates, either later in the year or next year (2021).
