What this site is for
It describes the villa and it takes you to where the villa is booked. Nothing on it is a contract and nothing on it concludes one: the booking is made inside Beds24's system — the framed page at the foot of the home page — and the terms of your stay are the ones set out there at the moment you book.
Prices and availability are Beds24's throughout, and this site quotes neither. Where it describes the house — how many bedrooms, what is in them, where it stands — it does so in good faith and from the owners' own account. Anything that turns out to be wrong is worth telling us about rather than living with.
The words and the photographs
The text, the photographs, the film and the drawn mark at the head of the page belong to the owner or are used with permission. Quoting a sentence with a link back is welcome; republishing the photographs or the film is not.
The map is a different matter: it is drawn from OpenStreetMap data, whose contributors are credited on the map itself, and served by CARTO. Both are used under their own licences and neither belongs to us.
Links, and being online
This site links to Beds24, to the sister property and to a few public resources. What is at the other end of a link is the responsibility of whoever put it there, and a link is not an endorsement of everything that site does.
The site is a set of static files and is meant to be there whenever you are, but nobody can promise that of anything on the internet. If it is down and you need us, the telephone and the email above do not depend on it.
The law that applies
Spanish law governs this site and the letting of the villa, which stands in Spain and is registered in the Canary Islands.
If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away your right to bring a matter before the courts where you live, or to rely on the protections your own country gives you. If you are not, the courts of Las Palmas have jurisdiction. Either way a complaint is better made to us first, and the email above reaches a person rather than a queue.
